We are an inclusive yoga studio community where we build a connection with one another and within ourselves, honoring the fundamental principle that yoga is for everybody. During this season of sheltering-in-place, we know that a health and wellness routine is more important than ever so we’re thrilled to bring yoga into your home through professionally recorded videos in a variety of yoga styles taught by our amazing CVY instructors, as well as a variety of free offerings found on our home page such as guided mindfulness practices, kids yoga videos, content specifically to support educators, and community meditation circles.
